deployment anomaly on my monorepo project

hey, there!

I pushed some changed to associated github repo but no deployment was triggered.

then I had to manually trigger deployment so the changes could take affect.

I have different deployment on other platform, tho, and everything works just fine.

Also I need some functionalities like IgnoreBuildStep in other platform that only trigger deployment when only if there is changes happened in specific folder.
If none, the automatic deployment is expected to be skipped.
