Snapshot without fully open state

Hello,

is it possible somehow to disable the "fully open" state? 
For example I'd like to have only `[0,0.7]` but with this configuration I can see an error in the console:
```
Last snap point should be 1 to ensure the sheet can be fully opened. Got: [0, 0.7]
```

and the sheet can still be fully open
