A clear and concise description of what the problem is.
The current formalism does not need the explicit Pauli correction operators since they are absorbed into PauliFrame.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Remove the correction operators with a little modification to the simulator. It would be nice to support explicit measurement of output.
