Call Local Cab Company

If there are no taxis nearby, the user should have the option to call the local taxi companies for a cab ride.

It would be nice to get the companies presented to the user in order of average rating. This sorting would also provide extra incentive for company's drivers to perform well.

/mobile/companies/contact.json should get company info

This would also be a good option to have without waiting for a "no cabs available" situation.
