The documentation does not correctly show that the default late penalty for an assignment is 1.0

Upon inputting the following command:
add-assignment n/PED g/2 d/31-12-2024

An assignment with name PED, belong to group 2, ddl on 31-12-2024 and late penalty 1 is successfully added

This does not match the expected behaviour, as the userguide indicated the late-penalty to be a compulsory field to fill in.
