What to build

Build the final Password Recovery step where a verified Resident sets a new password and returns to sign-in or an authenticated session.

Acceptance criteria

• The screen accepts new password and confirmation.
• Password confirmation must match.
• Successful submission updates the mock credential.
• The user receives clear success feedback.
• The user can sign in with the new password afterward.
• npm run build passes.
