Promote Pending Account After Approval

What to build

When a Pending Resident Account is approved by the mock approval result, promote it into an approved Resident Account linked to the approved Home and unlock the appropriate resident experience.

Acceptance criteria

• Approved pending accounts become approved Resident Accounts.
• The approved Home is linked to the account.
• Resident-Only Features become available after approval.
• Rejected pending accounts do not gain resident-only access.
• The flow is clear to the user when their approval succeeds.
• npm run build passes.
