Time Filter Dates are not loaded correctly when editing a saved query.

On Chrome the date pickers return to the default state when you try to edit a saved query form.
These are the most likely quantities to be changed, but it is still vital to see what they are when you are rerunning a query.

The dates should start pre-populated if previously saved with a valid date.
