Currently, solar system object query results are routed to the Target creation table, which isn't really appropriate for these alerts. What should happen is that the we should query the Minor Planet Center for orbital elements and then the Fink query results becomes reduced data for that SSO.
Also, we should add a target specific data query that searches fink for a target already in the TOM Database and updates its data.
