[Feature] Optional EU/UK bank-feed provider #468

Description

@john-frandsen

Problem / Use case

I use BeeCount in the EU and love that it's local-first — but today every transaction is manual entry or CSV import. Real bank feeds normally mean eIDAS QWAC certificates plus per-bank paperwork, which is overkill for personal bookkeeping.

Proposed solution

An optional bank-feed hook where each user brings their own provider (endpoint + token in settings) and BeeCount pulls transactions on demand — just another user-controlled data source, so the local-first model stays intact. The cheapest route I know is a hosted PSD2 API at ~€3/mo, or free if self-hosted — disclosure: I maintain open-banking.io, one such cert-free EU/UK option, and I'd happily contribute the integration docs if there's interest.

Alternatives

Manual entry / CSV (status quo — fine, just slow); SaaS aggregators (pricey, privacy trade-offs). The hook itself would be provider-agnostic — nothing built in, no lock-in.

Pre-flight

Searched all 95 open issues — no existing bank-sync/PSD2/EU-provider request. Code search: 0 PSD2 hits (bank mentions in code are only account icons/l10n/seed presets). This is one self-contained feature, not a bundle.
