Roadmap feature from ROADMAP.md → v0.2.0 "Voice Commands (Imaging)". Depends on the camera + plate-solve issues.

Scope

• "Take a 30 second exposure"
• "Start planetary capture"
• "Solve current position"
• "Set gain to 200"
• "Cool camera to -10"

Acceptance criteria

• New voice tools wired through create_default_handlers with the correct service params (see the undefined-name bug issue).
• Handler smoke test covers each new command.
• Documented in docs/VOICE_COMMANDS.md.
