Add toolgun-style text to the combat toolgun

What

• Add text to the combat toolgun's display similar to the standard toolgun
  • This could be something like the name of the weapon
  • Or we could be more creative and distinguish from the regular toolgun further
    • Text effects?
    • Last fire type?
      • For this it could be a pistol and shotgun icon next to each other, with the last used fire mode being highlighted
      • This is actually trivial as the standard kill icons are already a font
    • The last player that was hit?
    • Obvious choice would be ammo, but that necessitates giving the weapon ammo

Why

• Current implementation feels weird with no text
• If we do something more creative, it further distinguishes the weapon from other offerings
