Tutorials mention OpenBLAS as unmaintained

I accidentally ended up in the tutorial section of the docs. In this part

Older implementations such as Goto Blas (after former TACC employee Kazushige Goto), and its offshoot, OpenBlas, are no longer maintained and should not be used. Instead, use MKL or BLIS as described above.

OpenBLAS is mentioned as an unmaintained project.

That's not accurate as, currently, OpenBLAS and MKL are the two complete vendors that most of the scientific python ecosystem relies on. Moreover OpenBLAS is actively maintained.
