Logs for building images from code keep scrolling to the bottom

While an image build is happening and you are looking at the logs you cannot scroll up and the form keeps scrolling to the bottom.

We should just allow people to scroll freely. Because if you are trying to read or see something that is not at the bottom of the logs you simply cannot.

As far as I can tell this happens only when an image build is ongoing. Once it finishes the logs act as expected.

In the video I keep scrolling up only. I dont ever scroll down or do anything to move the logs down.
