Reading gameplay question

@jyeatman another question about the gameplay for the reading games.

Should we break out the 250 words into rounds of 10? And then award a trophy at the end of each round?

Should we penalise the player when they get a word wrong?
And do players go onto a leaderboard?

Will there ever be more than 250 words / the researcher adds more samples after a game has begun?
