Add scheduling helpers for macOS and Linux to match the current Windows scheduled task support.

Why

The project should be easy to run repeatedly across common developer machines.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add a macOS launchd example or helper script.
• Add a Linux systemd timer or cron example.
• Docs explain how to install and remove each scheduler.
• Generated reports remain local and are not committed.
