Moving all Projects to ALKiln using a GitHub server instead of the apps-test server.

Attempting to turn down the apps-test server, and the only use it has is running ALKiln tests for GitHub instances.

There are a handful of repos that still use apps-test instead of a new docassemble instance on each test, linking them (specifically the PRs that I made / tested with) below:
