The run of succession list will be done without the wrapper, and will be hold by a new function using run_stics
and will able to use output variables from a previous usm (or may be decision rules functions) to be used to modify input parameters
of the successive usm.
For example, modifying the starting date of the successive usm, the soil tillage date, the sowing date according to the prevous usm harvest date...
