bug: Moderator Page in mobile view is not proper

The navbar too is not filling the device width. The problem is only with small size mobile, not middle sized phone (with respect to device width)

This is not what I've pushed.

I mentioned in the changelog that I am only rendering it for the principal role.

And also the issue of this could be due to reusable navbar
