Feature request - Page turning via tap and volume buttons

How hard would it be to add tap to page turn zones on the right and left and to hook into the hardware buttons to do page turn with vol keys or other hardware buttons?

Also, for the changes, I can try a Proof of Concept. Let me see how long it takes and I'll update with the results.

@ggrensteiner If instead of turn zones, will two floating buttons (similar to the current action button in the app) work? The buttons will be very translucent, dragable, and on tap allow changing the page. I feel this is neater option, as changes required would not involve messing with the events and accidental touches. I'll see both options anyway, so far the zones one is proving to be complex as the touch events are used by the BookOrbit app to swipe n turn the page.

As for the buttons navigation, volume key for page turning seems straight forward, I'll test and release it by tomorrow.
