Have the ability to change photo quality on Android

Have a screen in Settings to change the photo quality in Android. There would be a slider for 0 - 100 that would apply to the takeSnapshot function.

If the user wants maximum quality, they should be able to check a box that would enable takePhoto functionality instead of takeScreenshot (but add a warning that there will be a delay to take the photo) If that box is checked, the slider mentioned above should not show
