What is the minimum working ORP loop for a new human or agent user?

ORP has grown into a broad surface, and I want to keep it coherent enough that a new human or agent can get real value quickly without feeling like they are onboarding into a framework maze.

So I want to ask a narrower public question:

What is the minimum working ORP loop we should optimize for first?

By that I mean the smallest path where ORP “clicks” for a new user. Not every advanced surface, just the first loop that should feel solid, legible, and worth repeating.

Questions:

• Which 3–5 commands or surfaces should define the first real ORP loop?
• What should stay out of the first-run story, even if it is powerful?
• Which parts feel like core substrate versus optional modules or instruments?

I am especially interested in answers from people who care about agent-first tooling, research workflows, and local-first operating systems.
