Custom Anaconda Theme

The anaconda installer's functionality can be controlled by BIB/iso.toml, however this doesn't appear to provide overrides for the theme.

I briefly looked into this and it appears that we need to build a product.img archive with an internal file structure in a very specific format. I gave a quick crack at this, but it was not a priority. Figure this out before a final release.
