Install SpamTagger during build #3
Description
This will start by creating the /var/spamtagger directory, cloning the SpamTagger-Plus repo to /usr/spamtagger and then applying all necessary system changes.
Most of the existing install.sh scripts should be able to be repurposed for this with substitutions for Debian-specific actions. Creation of user accounts, directories, databases, etc. should pretty much be the same.
