AppImage fails on Ubuntu 25.10

When I try to use the AppImage 0.5.5 I get the following error:

./pineflash-0.5.5-x86_64.AppImage: symbol lookup error: /tmp/.mount_pineflEhlEfd/usr/lib/libc.so.6: undefined symbol: __nptl_change_stack_perm, version GLIBC_PRIVATE

Any idea how to fix this? Unfortunately building from source is also not possible, since policykit-1 is not available on Ubuntu 25.10.
