Create a static image for the pre-loaded state

We need a nice image for a pre-loaded screen. It's going to cover the entire screen right when you open the app, probably for about 2-3 seconds. Should be made to smoothly transition in-out

Am researching for this. Do we want this to be the same for every app we
make?
