Mac: .dmg installer and standalone .app work fine.

Windows:

• The MSI works fine, but afterwards Windows is not able to find the program from the start menu. You have to navigate from the file system to program files and run the app by double-clicking it there.
• Standalone .exe shows what appears to be an installation dialog for a short moment before exiting immediately. No printed statements, and I can't unzip the .exe to see what's wrong with it.

Linux:
Have not tested yet.

All: figure out signing so users don't get scary warnings.

I would like packaging to be done automatically in CI. Note that .app files must be placed in a .zip before uploading. Although I'm uncertain if zips uploaded to GitHub in CI will maintain their required executable permissions in the contents.
