Heltec v3

Hello,
Looking at the hardware specifications (I’m currently using it with Meshtastic), it seems that SparkMiner could potentially be portable to the Heltec v3.
Is this something we might expect in the future?

Good news — the Heltec WiFi LoRa 32 V3 is very compatible with SparkMiner:

Specs:

• ESP32-S3FN8 (dual-core LX7, 240 MHz), 8 MB flash, no PSRAM
• Display: SSD1306 128x64 OLED (I2C — SDA=GPIO17, SCL=GPIO18, RST=GPIO21)
• LoRa: SX1262 (not used for mining but doesn't interfere)
• Hardware SHA-256 support (ESP32-S3)

Compatibility: Very Good — SparkMiner already has an ESP32-S3 OLED environment (esp32-s3-oled) using the same SSD1306 128x64 driver via U8g2. The main differences:

1. Different I2C pins — Heltec uses GPIO17/18 vs the default GPIO21/22 (easily configurable via build flags)
2. OLED reset pin — Heltec V3 requires toggling GPIO21 to reset the OLED on boot. The current driver passes U8X8_PIN_NONE for the reset pin, so this needs a small code addition.
3. No PSRAM — minor, not required for mining

This is one of the easier boards to add. Adding to the roadmap — if you can help test, let me know!
