    <li>Virtual items and progress have <strong>no real-world monetary value</strong> and cannot be redeemed for legal currency or transferred to other players.</li>
    <li>Progress saving relies on cloud services (such as Unity Cloud Save and Google Play Games). While we endeavor to maintain save reliability, {{ site.data.site.studio }} is not responsible for data loss caused by system wipes, uninstallation without cloud sync, or third-party outages.</li>
    <li>Deleting your account via <strong>Settings → Delete Account</strong> or requesting full data deletion permanently removes all saved progress and virtual items.</li>
