[IMPROVEMENT] Minimal brake light status overlay

On the odd occasion, cars behind me have flashed their high beam at me - I assume its because the brake light is not coming on but my car is slowing down because of regen. I don't use OPD, just regen set to 3 or Adaptive

I'll need to determine whether there is a "braking" event that could trigger the car's brake lights.

"To see when the brake lights operate under regeneration, I unclipped the high level brake light so I could watch it in the mirror whilst driving.
At Level 1 with gentle deceleration, it hardly comes on. Level 2 only when you suddenly decelerate and Level 3 more often as you would expect.
I also notice when I use the brake pedal to stop at traffic lights, the hill start/handbrake engages when I've stopped, so I can release the brake pedal, but the brake lights stay on, even though my foot is off the brake pedal. It goes off when I touch the accelerator to move on."

Maybe auto-hold can help identify the lamp-state signal? Lamps stay on with foot off the pedal, so it's a stationary way to tell the lamp command apart from the pedal switch
