Striders riding Striders get dismounted upon transferring to/from the Resource World

Describe the bug

When transferring a strider which is riding upon a strider, I think the rider gets malformed NBT data, resulting in the strider to not move around and refuse to be nudged.

Expected behaviour

Strider riding strider transfers over without issues

Steps to reproduce

Step 1: Acquire strider riding a strider
Step 2: Transport strider-stack to the clay/worldborder, depending on server
Step 3: Transfer between servers
Step 4: Witness borked strider

As of 1.21.10, the striders 'work' and can be nudged/moved as normal, but the passenger gets dismounted
