Per-device tolerance deltas

Currently tolerance helpers only accept one delta argument, so callers are forced to min and max across all the devices.

Well the issue is the helper returns one depth which gets applied to every device. Theoretically we can have asymmetrical depths, which makes asymmetrical containers. It makes the constructors a little bit more burdened, or maybe a lotta bit.

Alternatively, we could have a second dispatch for the tolerance helpers that do the minning and maxxing itself since I'm assuming every caller will have to do this. Or we just let every caller do it.
