All: Pin coords display to screen

The coords display (LayoutCoordsGridDisplay.java) is not fixed to the panel viewport so scrolling to the botto-right pushes the coords off screen.
Find a way to keep the coords on screen, regardless of the scrolling (using Viewports or similar).
