Create Table dialog column type issue

When the user attempts to define new columns, and choose the type for the column, falling menu does not allow selecting any type. It does not work through the mouse or the keyboard. So it always stays on "text".

For this one, I have a fix ready. I return from my travels on Thursday, so I'll push this fix out next weekend.
