Context
With #513 the link to the gh issue for the board definition file is no longer correct. The instructions need to be updated to include a direct download link instead of a gh issue link.

Approach
- Upload a zip of our board definition to a file hosting site. This will most likely be github.
- Modify the markdown such that clicking the link in the docs starts a download for the board file.
