0.4.x: Confirm OUI and RF-band evidence in the field

Goal

Validate and document how reliably ZigScan can associate observed IEEE 802.15.4 devices with vendors and RF bands across additional real installations.

Scope

• Collect community-confirmed OUI/vendor observations.
• Record tested hardware and firmware revisions.
• Distinguish directly observed evidence from inference.
• Keep captures sanitized and exclude keys, reusable device identities, and customer/site data.
• Preserve the passive operating model: the radio never transmits.

Acceptance criteria

• Documentation describes the evidence level for every vendor or band claim.
• The tested-hardware matrix is updated only with verified reports.
• No compatibility claim is added without a reproducible observation.
