Usb can analyzer transmit OK but no receive

I'm using usb-can-analyzer ver-8 with arduino uno and mcp-2515
When running arduino Uno as a receiver and when sending from usb-can-analyzer a single frame then arduino Uno receives without problem. But when running arduino Uno as a transmitter I still can't receive can messages in usb-can-analyzer although the arduino uno is transmitting without a problem (I can sense the can-Hi and can-Lo with oscilloscope)

I have the same issue. Using V8.0 USB CAN Analyzer, the program USB-CAN(V8.00) and a dsPIC controller, when i send a frame this is received correctly from the dspic but i don't revceive any answer . If Instead I use V7.10 USB CAN Analyzer and program 7.10A all work well. Who Can help me? Thank you.

Same problem, it was working fine when I bought it, it broke down on its own.
RX led lights up but data is not transferred to the program

Found the answer in a forum, link it here for future reference.

In summary: disconnect device from USB, short the default pins next to the 120 ohm pins (a male to male jump wire did the trick for me), connect the USB back.
