User Interface not reachable, backup does not work, log attached

Describe the bug
The IO is not reachable and no backups are created.
It stopped working 7 month ago (unfortunately I didn't notice)
No changes on Nextcloud side:
Another Home Assistamt instance of NC-Backup works fine using the same Nextcloud Server

To Reproduce
Restart HA / Restart MC-Backup
