[feature] Chip Title Rotation

I saw some discussions and PR #306 about Chip Title Alignment and Justification and wanted to throw one more bit (heh) in there.
A flag to rotate the title by 90-degrees (or -90?)
If we have chips with a dozen inputs and outputs, we might as well make use of the vertical space and avoid having it be really wide just to fulfill a title.

ik but that is kinda annoying to read up to down, right to left, instead of standard

Do you understand why I put it forward as an idea, and when one might want to use it?
Do you understand that it would be an option, and therefor optional?

i am sorry if i made you mad, but i was just saying that because usually people read text rightside up, also the term "rightside up" is a bit weird, it would imply the right side (east) is upward, so like:

Okay, well, if it gets added - don't use it.

There are circumstances, like I outlined in my first post, where it's likely of benefit, is all I'm saying.
