Enable Storage Blob Index support with message TTL value #197
Description
Messages sent with a TTL value set custom blob metadata _ValidUntilUtc.
With Storage Blob Index a custom index tag can be written (instead of or in addition to of blob metadata) and Storage Blob Lifecycle Management policy can be set up to remove those blobs later.
