Clean up about page

I merged in Allison's copy for the about page in #30 and it exposes a few issues about the rendering and how we wish to handle these pages. This page uses the .yaml format but I think this would be a good time for us to use a .md approach that deals with the frontmatter. As it stands this content is not being properly rendered and the name of the outputted URL path is /Who We Are.html which is not ideal

How is the md loader going, what else needs to be done?

I've noticed that the output URL will be the file name, unless a name attribute is in the config dict.
e.g about.yaml

title: About
name: Who We Are

output URL: /Who We Are.html

There is the same output issue with the individual team pages with the name attribute having a space between first name and last name.
Something like index.yaml with no name attribute:

title: Home
in_menu: False

Will output as the filename with the html extension: index.html

I read in the docs that when a page is rendered, on the 3rd step it will:

Generate its output name, which is its own name with the extension replaced with ‘.html’.
This can be overridden by providing extension in the config dict.

title: About
name: Who We Are
extension: who-we-are

I thought I'd try add the extension in the config dict of about.yaml but the generated output name is still /Who We Are.html with spaces.

It seems like if extension is supposed to create the output path when specified then this may be a bug in Gilbert?
