Registry MCI 0.2 pulls LatticeRules 0.0.1 (broken on i686); URL-sourcing MCI 0.3 needs LibGit2 /etc/gitconfig. Consume the temporary ChrisRackauckas-Claude/.github@i686-gitconfig-consumable tip until SciML/.github#137 merges, then switch back to SciML/.github@master.
