The MSVC 2017 and MSVC 2019 failed build might be because of the "/experimental:preprocessor" option.

After some testing, it' indeed this MSVC compiler option that is causing issue in the 2017 and 2019 config.
Does it come from GitHub Action config?

VS2017 is no longer supported but the issue with VS2019 is still there. The error happens after including <Windows.h> in ConsoleColor.cpp.
