Telegram alerts lack customisation

Hi there,

I noticed I can't configure the period of TG notifications and their content after I installed the service.
I remember there was an option to configure time period, but only during the installation.
Current options in TUI are only enable/disable.
It would be great if you could add options to re-configure time frame of notifications, and add a variety of content inside them.

Hey @SPerekrestova, thanks for the feedback! This has been addressed in the latest push.

What changed:

You can now configure all Telegram notification settings post-install — no need to re-run the setup wizard.

CLI commands:

mtproxymax telegram interval 12      # Change report interval (1-168 hours)
mtproxymax telegram label "My Server" # Change the server label in notifications
mtproxymax telegram alerts on         # Toggle down/recovery alerts (on|off)

Running any of these without a value shows the current setting:

mtproxymax telegram interval   # → Report interval: every 6h
mtproxymax telegram label      # → Server label: MTProxyMax
mtproxymax telegram alerts     # → Alerts: true

TUI (interactive menu):

The Telegram Bot menu now has two new options:

• [7] Change report interval — prompts for hours (1-168), shows current value
• [8] Change server label — prompts for a new label, shows current value

The existing [5] Toggle alerts option now also displays the current state in the menu.
