Hi, thanks for sharing this project — the overall design (skill / plugin / watcher) is very interesting and well-structured. 
One small suggestion: it would be helpful to include a very simple quickstart example showing how to run a minimal setup.
Currently, while installation steps are provided, it’s not immediately clear how to:
• run a minimal working setup
• verify that everything is working as expected
A short example (even just a basic demo or expected output) would make onboarding much easier.
Suggestion
Consider adding:
• a minimal demo script or command
• a short “expected output” example
