Make main window resizable

Problem

It's annoying to edit the Output Path (or presumably the Parameters as well) when the path is significantly longer than the input field.

Suggested solution

Make the main window resizable horizontally so the Output Path and Parameters fields can be as large as the user desires. If you make it resizable vertically as well, the Log Output field could expand to show more lines.

Alternatives

This was preferred over the original requests in #991.

I will need to make sure that the current sizes of the window are set as minimums instead of static sizes.
