These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the use of the Statify Discord bot ("Bot"). By inviting, accessing, or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You are responsible for ensuring your server members are informed that the Bot is in use.
- You may use the Bot for server management, game-related commands, and moderation features.
- You agree not to use the Bot for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious activities.
- The Bot may perform automated or manual moderation actions, including warnings, kicks, temporary bans, and permanent bans, depending on command usage and anti-spam protections.
- Server administrators and moderators are responsible for how they configure and use these features.
- The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed at any time without prior notice.
- The Bot owner may suspend or stop service at any time.
- You are responsible for command usage from your account and for permission management in your server.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or exploit the Bot or related infrastructure.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- The Bot owner is not responsible for data loss, moderation outcomes, or service interruptions.
- Access to the Bot may be restricted or terminated for violations of these Terms, abuse, or security reasons.
- Use of the Bot is also governed by the Privacy Policy in
PRIVACY_POLICY.md.
