[Bug]: Comparing uploaded with stored does not work properly with at least CGMES 3.0

Summary

Upload CGMES 3.0 DiagramLayout.
Do a single change: creating an attribute DiagramObject.test, save it and then delete it again. --> so there should be no changes.
Then compare steh stored DiagramLayout with the same file as uploaded.

This reports differences, where there should not be any:
