Create index file for cassini_uvis_solarocc_beckerjarmak2023, regenerate uranus_occs_earthbased

Before we can import it into OPUS, we need a metadata index file for the cassini_uvis_solarocc_beckerjarmak2023 bundle. The fields in this index file should be unified with the ones in the uranus_occs_earthbased bundle and that one should be regenerated as well.

What is the status of this? Who is waiting for whom?

I will be generating the two index files. I'm just waiting to do it until closer to when Mia is ready for them. Hopefully that will be soon now.
