Containerize first version

The basic functionality of the module is almost complete; it would be good to containerize it. Deployment to cloud environments is a scenario that deserves additional attention.

Action Plan:

-Create a Dockerfile for cpu version
-Create a Dockerfile for gpu version
-Consider ways to facilitate the most likely potential use cases
-Document instructions for building and running the containers
-Test the containerized module

The first draft of the CPU Dockerfile was added (#4338bf9).
I plan to test its functionality before pushing the Plugin folder changes.
